Parameters of proposed concrete

Located at Corpus Christi Catholic church, 3304 4^th Avenue, Council Bluffs, IA

Description of desired concrete: Will be located on the NE corner of the parish building center along 33^rd Street, off existing partial driveway.

We are asking for two bids.

1. Concrete floor for a Pole Building 30 x 30 trowel finished floor 4” thick with rebar reinforcing
2. Concrete driveway 72’ by 19’ (to match existing approach coming off 33^rd street) drive poured 4” thick with rock base and rebar reinforcing. Driveway will go from 33^rd street to existing parking lot.
